About us

Närhälsan Öjersjö Health Center opened in December 2023 in completely new premises and is one of Närhälsan's "digiphysical" health centers.

The health center is located in a new residential area, Gökegård in Öjersjö, an attractive part of Partille with good connections to Gothenburg and nearby towns. We work largely digitally with e-services such as video visits, self-check-in, self-monitoring, iKBT, 1177, as well as a chat function and online triage. If needed, we also offer physical visits where patients can meet treatment nurses with extended delegation, which means they can schedule more patient visits than what is usually possible as a nurse.

Together with the operations manager, the staff group drives the development of the health center. We value good collaborations and have, among other things, cooperation with Öjersjö's preschools and the meeting place Kåsjögården in Öjersjö. About the job

Your tasks at the health center are varied with the patient in focus. As a nursing assistant with us at Öjersjö Health Center, you will also work with administrative tasks and digital development.

You will work as the sole nursing assistant at the health center with a high patient flow. The work includes sampling and laboratory checks, where we have drop-in every day between 08:00-11:30. Once a week, we also have children's sampling, where you participate and support. You also assist doctors with wound injuries and minor surgeries. You perform common examinations, such as blood pressure measurements and EKG examinations, and receive patients for wound dressing and suture removal. We also have an ear clinic where you as a nursing assistant will work with outpatient work. You collaborate in a team with your colleagues at the health center. Stock ordering and preparation of examination rooms are included in the work, as well as home visits where you go to our patients as needed. Supervising students is an important part of the assignment.

The administrative tasks include handling incoming referral responses, being a local IT support, and working in the journal system Asynja Visph. You have an important role in our digital development, with marketing of the health center via social media. We use several digital platforms, and you are responsible for training both colleagues and patients in how these are used. Some of the work also includes reception work, where you are the first person that patients meet.

An important part of the position involves close collaboration with the unit manager and medical advisor at the health center on various management issues. This requires being service-oriented, flexible, and having a good attitude.

About you

You have:

• Documented education as a nursing assistant.
• Experience working as a nursing assistant at a health center.
• Experience in venous sampling on children.
• Experience working in the journal system Asynja Visph.
• Experience in administrative work and/or digital development.

It is meritorious if you have experience in wound dressing, suture removal, blood pressure measurement, and running your own nursing assistant clinic. Supervisory training is desirable.

In the work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. You thrive in teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with others. The workload is variable and at times high, so it is important that you have a good ability to prioritize among your tasks and be flexible.
