About the Job
Your tasks at the health center span a wide range of responsibilities and cover the field of general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You will work health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.
The work involves both acute and planned activities. You will work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up patients. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together with the health center management, you will be responsible for developing and driving the operations forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also part of your role at the health center.
About You
You are a licensed nurse, and it is an advantage if you have further education in Asthma/COPD of at least 15 higher education credits. Previous experience in primary care is also advantageous, but we welcome those who are newer to the profession.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making their own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks.
In your work, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits to the clinic. We would also like you to have an interest in digitization and business development.
A professional approach and good treatment of customers, patients, and colleagues is a given for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
Other
Interviews at the health center will be held continuously.
Welcome with your application!
About the Recruitment Process
The selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite relevant candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers - this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
