We are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in public authority work within any area of Social Services. We are looking for you who have worked with investigations in areas such as children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adults, addiction, or financial assistance. If you have any of these competencies in your backpack, are self-sufficient, and feel that you can contribute in your work life, then perhaps you would like to try the profession of Social Consultant?

In the role of a consultant, you will come in and relieve units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for the existing staff and for the clients. The consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this may involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that necessitate temporary staff. We have Social Consultant assignments all over Sweden.

We see that in this challenging job market, many are also temporarily stepping in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – thereby giving themselves a greater chance of employment, both short-term and long-term.

Your experience:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in public authority work
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish
• Driver's license

This is how it works

The first step to working as a consultant through us is to create a profile for you in our operational system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consulting profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as your CV and diploma.

We then use this profile to match you with and propose relevant assignments that fit your background and wishes. If you find it sounds like an interesting assignment, we will agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary every month just like usual. We always agree on all parts before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always you who chooses what you are interested in. You should always feel secure at every step of the process.

When you are out working on your assignment through us, you will have continuous dialogue with your nearest contact person with us, who guides and supports you throughout the assignment from start to finish.
