Here with our client, who is a very charming little boy with significant care needs, we need you! We are looking for someone who can work on an hourly basis to support the team during illness and absences.

We need you to understand the seriousness of the work and the importance of creating safe and good care for the client at home, but also to plan for a rich and enjoyable day for the client. Together, we work to create a good work environment and a really good assistance group!

The daily work consists of supporting the client with what they need help with, including feeding via a tube. We work closely with healthcare and need to keep everyone updated. We document after each shift and have regular workplace meetings (APT).

The Role and Experience of the Assistant

As a person, you need to be meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. Helping and being there for others should come naturally to you. We are looking for someone with some experience in care, but personal suitability weighs the heaviest. You will receive tailored introduction/training in all aspects of the client's care needs and routines. It is important that you, as an assistant, have the right conditions to succeed in your new assignment. For the right person, there is a fantastic important and meaningful job here.

Meritorious Experience

• Experience from work in healthcare/social care
• Experience with epilepsy (EP).
• Experience with tube feeding.

Working Hours/Employment Degree

• Hourly – extra as needed during the regular assistant's illness and vacation.
• Shifts during the day, afternoon/evening, weekends, and nights.
• Also the possibility of summer employment.

About Salary

• We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement.
