About the position

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work closely with our residents and together with a dedicated team consisting of nurses, rehabilitation staff, and unit managers. Your tasks will include:

• Personal care and delegated health and social care tasks
• Contact with relatives and coordination of activities
• Household tasks and service duties
• Documentation, case management, and work with implementation plans

We are looking for someone who...

• Is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Has experience in elderly care (meritorious)
• Has good computer skills and masters Swedish in speech and writing
• Is flexible, attentive, and responsible
• Has a genuine interest in working with elderly people

Conditions

• Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
• Working hours: day/evening/every other weekend, approx. 80–92%
• Start date according to agreement
• Individual salary setting
• Criminal record check required
