We are now looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for an attractive consulting assignment with a larger international organization. You will be part of a small, agile team and report to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits. The role is characterized by close collaboration with both HR and the business, where trust, quality, and business benefit are at the center 🤝

In this role, you will act as a strategic and operational partner in matters related to Compensation & Benefits. You will work with both Sweden-specific initiatives and global projects, focusing on attracting, retaining, and motivating employees across multiple markets 🚀

Main Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives in Pay Transparency and Pay Equity

• Develop and manage Job Architecture including job evaluations

• Act as an expert support and advisor in Compensation & Benefits

• Drive and contribute to local and global C&B projects

• Support the daily operational C&B delivery such as salary reviews, bonus programs, company cars, and benefits

Competence and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR, economics, business administration, or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a specialist or senior role

• Solid knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and job evaluation methods

• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday

• Excellent skills in Excel 📊

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Very good communication skills in both spoken and written form

• High integrity and experience in handling confidential information

• Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments 🌐

• Fluent in Swedish and English
