You have a professional approach and a good ability to collaborate and understand others' perspectives.

We are looking for someone who is analytical and at the same time action-oriented, as the work can sometimes be challenging and requires you to be stable and maintain calm even in stressful situations.

You should also have:

  • A university degree of at least 180 credits with a focus on social sciences, health care, or behavioral sciences.
  • Several years of documented work experience within SiS or another organization focused on care, treatment, and safety, such as social services, care and treatment, correctional services, or other relevant fields.
