HELLO!

I am a cheerful and lively 25-year-old girl with multiple disabilities, and I am now looking for a personal assistant who can work extra with me.

I am looking for a female personal assistant, as the job involves personal care and it is important for me to feel safe. I live in the countryside just outside Örebro, together with cats and dogs. I love helicopters and airplanes, and I really enjoy dancing and music.

I need someone who can provide warmth, motivation, support, and encouragement, and who can also contribute with calmness, security, and respect. It is important for me to feel seen and understood, sometimes with a bit of playfulness and fun, and sometimes with winding down and tranquility.

You will be employed by Vivida Assistans, which is my assistance company, but the actual work will be performed at my home.

In addition to this, the following is required:

• Driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace
• Swimmer
• Smoke and perfume-free
• Dog and cat friendly

Experience with epilepsy and seizures, familiarity with alternative communication, such as signs and picture support (PCS), as well as experience with tube feeding, lifting, and assistive devices is highly meritorious.

As I am infection-sensitive, I would prefer that you are vaccinated against COVID-19.

A TYPICAL WORKDAY MAY LOOK LIKE THIS

As a personal assistant, you will help me with everything in daily life, including:

• Personal care
• Tube feeding
• Movement training
• Lifting and transfers

Your workplace is my home, which means that integrity, respect, and humility are crucial in everything you do.

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT GRADES

Hourly substitute. Mostly daytime on weekdays and weekends, but evenings may also occur.

WHEN CAN YOU START WORKING WITH ME?

I need a new assistant as soon as possible, so it is good if you are available as soon as possible. Otherwise, we can agree on a date if it feels like we match well!

YOUR SALARY

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay and any additional compensation. A collective agreement is in place.
