Examples of tasks:

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, shopping, meals, and household chores.
• Support users in activities and provide security through conversation and presence.
• Assist with activities and support users based on their individual needs and goals.
• Administer medication and other interventions according to delegation from licensed personnel.
• Use Viva to plan and document your work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive, responsible, and has good empathetic skills.
• Is attentive and respectful in interactions with users, relatives, and colleagues.
• Has the ability to work both independently and with colleagues.
• Has good physical ability, as the work can be physically demanding.

Requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can read, document, and communicate in Swedish.
• You have basic computer skills.
• A B driver's license is required for certain positions.

Meritorious:

• Experience in LSS, personal assistance, or similar work.
• High school education in health and care (e.g., nursing assistant training or similar).
• Familiarity with documenting in digital systems.
• Knowledge of low-arousal responses.

Roles and Salary Range

Personal Assistant

As a personal assistant, you work closely with an individual user, usually in their home. You support both daily chores and social activities and are an important support in creating security, participation, and independence in everyday life.

Salary for full-time: from 23,638 SEK/month

Trained Nursing Assistant salary for full-time: from 25,798 SEK/month

Support Assistant

The support assistant corresponds to a care assistant within LSS operations. You are responsible for establishing, revising, and following implementation plans, documenting interventions, and coordinating support around the user together with other professionals. You work closely with several users, supporting daily routines, household chores, and social activities, contributing to a safe, structured, and meaningful everyday life in the residence.

Salary for full-time: from 23,638 SEK/month

Support Assistant

The support assistant corresponds to a nursing assistant within LSS operations. You are responsible for establishing, revising, and following implementation plans, documenting interventions, and coordinating support around the user together with other professionals. The role involves more independent work and a clearer responsibility for planning and following up on HSL assignments delegated by a nurse.

Salary for full-time: from 25,798 SEK/month

Conditions

Working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and night shifts as well as work on weekends. You work according to municipal agreements that provide secure and fair conditions.

Before employment, we require an extract from the Police's criminal record ("Extract to check your own information"). Order the extract before any interview. Remarks may affect your ability to be employed. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, or the EEA, you need to have a valid work permit to be employed.

Work Period and Employment Duration

The summer period runs from week 25 to 34. The length of employment varies depending on the needs of the operation and your availability and may cover all or part of the summer period.
