We are looking for a personal assistant for a middle-aged man in Örebro.

The work is varied and includes personal care as well as daily household chores such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and grocery shopping. The chemistry and interaction between you as an assistant and the man are crucial for the quality and experience of the work. Working hours vary between day, evening, night, and weekends. The workplace is located at the client's home or wherever the client happens to be at the time.

As part of Novum Assistans, you are involved as an employee through regular workplace meetings where the development of assignments takes place. Who are you as an applicant?

We are looking for someone with personal suitability for the assignment. For us, this means that you are responsible, empathetic, and responsive. It is important that you are both punctual and able to keep schedules, but also flexible enough to occasionally step in to cover staffing gaps. We see that you are a secure person and enjoy taking initiative. We are looking for both men and women aged between 26 and 46. Important qualities for the assignment are respect, empathy, engagement, and that you as an assistant safeguard the man's personal integrity. The man is 48 years old, uses a wheelchair, has hearing impairment in his right ear, and lives in his own home. The man works several days a week where the assistant is present. You will receive an introduction and ongoing competence development based on the needs of the assignment.

Requirements for this assignment are:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• You must be non-smoking

About the employment:

This employment has an immediate start with a service degree of approx. 50% or more.

The selection process is ongoing, and more information about the assignment can be obtained during a potential interview. Commencement is by agreement. For employment with Novum Assistans, you must have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service.
