HELLO!

My name is Isabell, and I am a cheerful 38-year-old woman living alone in central Örebro.

I am currently looking for someone to be my new personal assistant.

I have a CP disability, spastic diplegia, which means I am paralyzed from the waist down. My right side is also impaired. I move around independently with the help of my power wheelchair.

I have a positive outlook on life, enjoy the company of family and friends, and have a good sense of humor. At the same time, I appreciate routines but am also spontaneous and flexible when needed.

You will be employed by Vivida Assistans, which is my assistance company, but the actual work will be performed at my home.

A TYPICAL WORKDAY

A typical day involves helping me with almost everything practical in my daily life, such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, laundry, and more. All transfers are done with the help of a lift.

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT LEVELS

I am looking for two assistants who will work about 25 hours/week, with the possibility of extra work during holidays and illness. You will work shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM the following day, with sleeping duty overnight.

I have assistance around the clock, which means both weekdays and weekends.

One of the positions is a longer parental leave substitute for about 12 months.

WHEN CAN YOU START WORKING WITH ME?

I need two new assistants for my wonderful team starting in May/June, so it’s good if you are available then.

YOUR SALARY

At Vivida, as an assistant, you receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay and possible OB compensation. A collective agreement is in place.
