What does the job entail?

You will work as a personal assistant for a happy 9-year-old girl. This girl enjoys music, swimming, blinking things, and speed! In this role, you are an important support in her daily life and help create safety, structure, and fun moments together.

Your tasks may include:

• support in daily routines and activities
• assistance with care tasks, such as hygiene and transfers
• finding fun activities, playing, crafting, or accompanying on outings

You will often work alone and need to feel comfortable working independently without colleagues nearby. The work takes place where the girl is – at home, during activities, or at the summer cottage. Routines are important, but sometimes you need to be able to adjust and take things as they come.

Working Hours

Working hours vary – day, evening, weekend, and night (on-call/waiting time). You need to be able to work the hours that the assistance is approved for.
