Here you will work with an older woman in her prime. She is social and enjoys planning activities if her daily condition permits. You will be a helping hand both physically and mentally. You will assist with practical tasks such as mobility, personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, and cooking. You will also support her in phone calls and communication with others.

We are looking for someone with experience in care work and a good understanding of people's diverse needs. We are seeking candidates who wish to work part-time and on an as-needed basis. Shifts are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would appreciate it if you have great patience and the ability to be personal while maintaining a professional demeanor.

We would like you to:

• Have a genuine interest in helping others.

• Be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.

• Be able to work flexible hours – days, evenings, and weekends.

• Have experience in healthcare and social services (this is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: Fixed-term for the duration of the assistance assignment.

Scope: Approximately 50%

Working hours: Weekdays 18:00–22:10, Weekends (split shift) 10:00–15:00 and 18:00–22:10.

Start date: Immediately upon agreement, latest start in August.

We offer individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
