We are looking for a Personal Assistant for a man living between Örebro and Karlskoga.

The position is part-time, primarily evenings and weekends. 50–75% according to agreement.

The duties are highly varied and include personal assistance both inside and outside the home. This may involve personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, leisure activities, and any other support or services the user needs in their daily life. The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Working hours are scheduled across days, evenings, and weekends. Being flexible and able to step in when needed, for example when other assistants are absent due to illness, is highly valued.

You will be part of an independent team of assistants linked to the same workplace.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The most important qualities are that you are animal-friendly and have a humanistic outlook on life and fellow human beings. If you communicate in a direct and honest manner, you are the right person for us.

Additionally, having academic experience or background is a plus for the position. As supplementary staff, this is an excellent opportunity for students studying to become social workers, behavioral scientists, or similar fields who are looking for extra or on-call work.

Good computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Word, and similar programs, are considered highly meritorious.

Fluent Swedish is required. It is also very important that you hold a valid driver's license and have access to your own car, as public transport is not an option for reaching the client.
