We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our lovely team and work as a personal assistant for our female client in Lindesberg.

What does this role involve?

On behalf of our client, we are looking for personal assistants who have experience working with people and a willingness to help. Our client needs support with all aspects of daily life. This means you will assist with all tasks and provide support where the client's own abilities are insufficient. We believe that you, as an applicant, have experience managing a household and preferably some experience in assistance or care. The workplace is an apartment in central Lindesberg. We are looking for someone who can work part-time on a scheduled basis, starting this summer in week 29.

Examples of common tasks

In working with our client, you will, when the weather permits, take walks outdoors. On days when the client prefers to stay indoors, you might watch a movie, do crafts, or handle other daily chores.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and responsive. We would appreciate that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish, as communication is an important part of the role.
• be able to work flexible hours – days, evenings, and weekends, as well as night on-call duty.
• have experience in healthcare and social care. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).
• possess a driver's license and access to a car (preferred).

Additional information

Employment type: Fixed-term employment

Scope: Part-time

Working hours: 14:00–08:45 on weekdays. On days off and weekends, the working hours are 14:00–14:00 (24 hours). Part of the working hours includes night on-call duty.

Start date: Immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
