Personal Assistant for Woman with Complex Care Needs

About the Job:
We are looking for a calm, responsible, and empathetic woman who wishes to work as a personal assistant for a woman with extensive care needs. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and good chemistry between the assistant and the client. Considering the client's personal integrity, being female is a legitimate and decisive occupational requirement for this position.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, meticulous, and reliable
• Is aware of infection control and hygiene
• Thrives in performing most of the work in the client's home
• Speaks Swedish fluently
• Likes animals, as there is a cat in the home
• Can work without wearing strong scents/perfumes

Responsibilities:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Transfers using a turner (lifting device)
• Exercise and daily activities
• Handling PEG, tube feeding, and medication
• Managing assistive devices such as Pariboy and suction equipment (experience is an advantage)

Client Requirements and Preferences:

• Female applicants only
• Valid B-class driver's license
• Experience in personal assistance or healthcare is advantageous
