Personal Assistant Wanted for Man in Frövi

We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a man who is paralyzed and needs support in his daily life. The role involves being a safe and stable support in daily tasks such as transfers, personal hygiene, and other common household chores. Transfer aids are available.

The man spends a lot of time at home, and we are looking for someone who can be present without taking over his private sphere.

Who are you?

You need to be very sensitive and confident in your approach, and accustomed to taking responsibility for your own work.

Since the man himself is middle-aged, we would prefer that you are as well, or have equivalent life experience. Personal maturity and confidence are important qualities in the role of a personal assistant.

Working hours and degree of employment

Shifts 12:00–20:00 and 19:00–10:30, with 8 hours of on-call duty, both on weekends and weekdays.

This is a temporary position with the opportunity for many shifts.

Salary

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base hourly wage + holiday pay and any applicable shift allowance. Collective agreements apply.

Start date

Immediate start. Maximum degree of employment 75%, but working less is also possible.

Extract from the Police Register

By law, an extract from the Police's criminal and suspicion register is required when working with minor clients (under 18 years old). Vivida also has a policy to always request extracts from all personal assistants, in order to ensure our clients' safety and the quality of the assistance. Therefore, we would like you to bring a current extract from the police register (no older than 6 months) if you are called for an interview.
