As a personal assistant, you will play a crucial role in her daily life and contribute to creating a secure and meaningful existence. About the role

In the role of personal assistant, you will work 50% to support a young woman in her daily life. This means you will be an important part of her routines and activities, helping with both practical and social tasks. You will have the opportunity to get to know her and adapt your support to her unique needs and wishes. We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to work varying schedules, including mornings, afternoons, and possibly weekends. Together with us at AssistansExperten, you will have the chance to develop and grow in your role as a personal assistant.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will vary and be adapted to the customer's needs. You will:

• Support the customer in daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Help with transportation and accompany her to activities outside the home, such as meeting friends and participating in leisure activities.
• Provide medical assistance when needed, including managing the customer's epilepsy with knowledge and care.
• Create a safe and positive environment that encourages participation and independence.

We believe that close collaboration with the customer is crucial for delivering high-quality assistance and creating a meaningful relationship.

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• You must be comfortable around horses, as the customer has a strong interest in horses and related activities.
• Experience working with people with epilepsy is a requirement, to ensure the right support can be given when needed.
• You should not be allergic to fur-bearing animals.

Previous experience in personal assistance or similar care roles is advantageous but not a requirement.
