Ceciliagården is a unique LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) operation with a social therapeutic focus. The group home is located between Järle and Ervalla, approximately 25 km north of Örebro. The target group consists of individuals within LSS person category 1, meaning diagnoses within autism and/or intellectual disability. We care for the farm and our animals together, and we also carry out day activities.

Our mission is to strengthen each resident by providing care and support based on individual needs. A care education or education with a pedagogical focus is required. A B-driver's license for manual transmission and access to your own car are mandatory. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and experience with challenging behaviors as well as low-affective handling are meritorious.

Ceciliagården should be a place where everyone has a clear place, a farm for all, but above all for those who need stability, rhythm, care, and less stress. We let the seasons shape the rhythm of the farm.

The working hours involve night shifts, which means working weekends as well.

Start date according to agreement. Probation period may apply.

Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled during the application period. Applications that do not meet the requirements will not be processed.
