Degerfors Municipality is now looking for an occupational therapist who wants to help develop our municipal rehabilitation services.

Your Role

As an occupational therapist, you work to support individuals in living as independent a life as possible. The work is varied and includes assessment, training, and assistive devices.

• Participate in daily coordination meetings
• Work in special housing, ordinary housing, as well as IFO/LSS (individual and family care support)
• Assess daily activity capacity
• Prescription, follow-up, and adaptation of assistive devices
• Housing adaptation assessments and writing certificates
• Guidance and support for care and nursing staff and relatives
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, and care and nursing staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

• Licensed occupational therapist

We are looking for someone who

• Can work independently and in a team
• Has a good, respectful attitude and sees possibilities
• Is structured and has good collaboration skills
• Has good verbal and written skills and is computer literate
• Wants to work in a developing and stimulating environment

Requirements

• Category B driver's license (manual transmission car)

Start date: According to agreement.
