Then you could be the physiotherapist we are looking for in our home rehabilitation assignment at Lindesberg Health Center.

As a home rehabilitation physiotherapist, you work with patients over the age of 65 in their home environment, focusing on promoting function, independence, and security in everyday life. You play a key role in creating individualized rehabilitation interventions and working preventively. The work is carried out in close collaboration with occupational therapists, home care staff, and other actors, both within the health center and in the municipality. The assignment involves travel throughout the municipality. We offer:

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients in their homes
  • Plan and follow up on rehabilitation interventions
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, home care services, and other healthcare providers
  • Contribute to the development of the home rehabilitation service
Qualifications
  • Licensed physiotherapist or physical therapist
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) (required)
  • Strong ability to collaborate and work independently
