We are now looking for a licensed physiotherapist who wants to help develop our operations and contribute to the best possible care for our patients. As a physiotherapist within hand surgery, you work with the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with hand injuries and hand surgical conditions. You collaborate closely with hand surgeons, occupational therapists, and other professions in a multidisciplinary team. The work includes, among other things, individual rehabilitation after hand surgical procedures, training programs and follow-up, patient education and counseling, as well as collaboration with internal and external healthcare providers.

The position also includes supervising students, which means that you contribute to development and learning within the operation.

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and have an interest in hand surgery and specialized rehabilitation. Experience in hand surgery is meritorious but not a requirement. You are independent, responsible, and have good cooperation skills as well as a professional and empathetic approach.

Important to us is that you have an easy time creating good meetings with both patients and colleagues in the team. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities. The fact that the area of operation is new means that routines and forms of cooperation are still changing, and you should enjoy being part of the development and change work.

The Health Professions area is a newly started county clinic. In the area of operation, speech therapists, dietitians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, counselors, psychologists, nursing assistants, and administrators work. The placement of the position is within the Musculoskeletal Unit, which is one of several units within the new area of operation.
