Mikaeli Health Center is located in western Örebro and is a well-functioning unit with just over 8,100 registered patients. Here, you will encounter a varied patient base that provides both breadth and depth in medical work. In the immediate vicinity, there is also a SÄBO (specialized housing with care and support) with 53 places, as well as a well-functioning collaboration within home healthcare with approximately 70 registered patients. The health center offers a comprehensive range of services, including asthma/COPD, diabetes, and health clinics, physiotherapy, MVC (Mother and Child Health Center), care coordinators, as well as a psychosocial team with a rehabilitation coordinator, counselor, and psychologist. A family center with Child Health Services (BVC) is located nearby.

As a District Physician with us, you have a varied role within primary care. You work with your own clinic where you meet both planned and urgent patients of all ages, dealing with a broad spectrum of medical issues.

You work in an environment with short decision-making paths and close leadership, which provides good opportunities to influence your daily work and the direction of the operations.

• Specialist in General Practice, or alternatively, a resident physician (ST-läkare) at the end of their training.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, equivalent to at least level C1.

Good organizational skills and an interest in organizational work are meritorious. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. As a person, you are secure in your professional role and have a good ability to work independently while valuing teamwork.
