Job Responsibilities

We are in the midst of an expansion phase following a needs assessment, and we are now looking for nurses who want to contribute to strengthening the LARO operations. You will become an important part of a societal mission of the utmost importance – providing safe, evidence-based, and person-centered care to a patient group with complex needs.

As a nurse with us, you will work with:

• Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Dependence (MAT/LARO), according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's national guidelines.
• Assessments, follow-ups, and treatment support for individuals with both addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Close collaboration with social services, inpatient care, and other actors in society.
• Strengthening the patient's own ability, sense of security, and participation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a registered nurse (specialist training in psychiatry is meritorious).
• Have an interest in addiction care, co-occurring disorders, and complex care needs.
• Thrive in multidisciplinary teams and want to work in a structured manner but also with great flexibility.
• Want to be involved in developing – not just working in – the organization.

Experience in psychiatry, addiction care, or LARO is desirable but not a requirement. The right person with drive, engagement, and curiosity is equally important.
