Are you a district nurse or registered nurse and feel ready for a new, exciting job? Nora Health Centre is a well-functioning workplace with engaged, competent, and experienced colleagues who enjoy working together and have strong team cohesion. In total, we have approximately 55 employees and about 10,800 registered patients. Together with other health centres in the northern part of the county, we are responsible for the Health Centre Emergency Service, which is open in the evenings and on weekends. Our nursing team will take good care of you as our new colleague! Experience is a plus, but we also welcome newly graduated nurses. In parallel with this recruitment, we are looking for a nurse with an interest in cognitive impairment for a combined position with 50% as a care coordinator. Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities for the district nurse at the health centre include both unplanned and planned patient-facing work, own planned clinic visits, telephone advice, wound care, and supervision of students. Work at the Health Centre Emergency Service may also become relevant. Additionally, there are responsibility assignments distributed based on interest and experience.

A natural part of the job is ensuring that all patients receive a friendly reception and are well taken care of. Qualifications

Licensed nurse or district nurse, new to the profession or with several years of experience working at a health centre. Work experience relevant to our operations will be included in the overall assessment of your qualifications. As a person, you have high initiative and responsibility, a high level of service, and are friendly in your interactions with both patients and colleagues. Traits such as flexibility and teamwork are important to us as we collaborate closely with healthcare partners within the region and with Nora Municipality. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
