Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Outpatient Care (BUP) is tasked with providing specialized care to children and adolescents up to 18 years of age with psychiatric conditions. Care is always provided in close collaboration with the child's network to create the best possible conditions for treatment and support. We work based on evidence-based methods to ensure safe and effective care. The clinic covers all municipalities in the county. The activity is extensive and is carried out by a competent team with different professional roles: counselors, psychologists, doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, special educators, caretakers, and medical care administrators. We are located in modern and pleasant premises in central Örebro. Here, there is a good work climate with an open atmosphere, where collaboration and engagement are in focus.

BUP is currently in an exciting development phase that includes the development of both the assessment process and the treatment offer. The job responsibilities include qualified psychological interventions in the form of assessment, treatment, and sometimes investigation. Treatment is given in groups and individually. You will work both independently and in interdisciplinary teams, as well as participate in joint conferences and professional meetings. We collaborate extensively with childcare, schools, social services, and other activities within healthcare. The activity works actively to adapt and develop. We are looking for colleagues who want to contribute to and help develop our activity.

For you who are a licensed psychologist with three years of clinical experience, supervision by PTP-psychologists may occur. For you who are a PTP-psychologist, the PTP program and supervision by a colleague with at least three years of experience as a psychologist are offered.

For employment as a psychologist, Swedish psychologist license with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy is required. For employment as a PTP-psychologist, a psychology degree with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy is required.

Merits

• Experience of assessment and treatment from child and adolescent psychiatry.
• Education in and experience of working with TF-CBT or DBT.
• Experience of conducting child psychiatric investigations.
• Education in and experience of group treatment based on evidence-based methods.

The advertisement is carried out during the regular unit manager's vacation period, which may imply limited opportunities to answer questions. Questions are therefore referred to be asked in connection with a possible invitation to an interview. Selection begins in week 30, and interviews will be conducted during weeks 30, 31, and 32.
