The Vascular and Thoracic Clinic is now seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Thoracic Section.

Job Responsibilities

We consider it a given that we always work from the patient's perspective and needs.

Your main responsibilities as an Operations Coordinator will include:

• Planning patients' surgeries in consultation with the surgeons responsible for waiting lists.
• Responsibility and planning of the thoracic surgery program.
• Calling the aforementioned patients prior to their operations.
• Serving as the contact person for referrers as well as other involved departments and agencies.
• Preparing for digital patient rounds in collaboration with referrers.
• Telephone counseling for patients and their relatives.

The position is full-time (100%) and is divided between the role of Operations Coordinator (approx. 65%), Research Coordinator, and work with our quality registers.

Qualifications
