We are looking for a nurse assistant who wants a meaningful job in a workplace with a non-hierarchical and good social climate, as well as close collaboration regarding both patients and, for example, working hours. Baggängens Primary Health Care Centre has built up a good reputation over the years, and the staff work together purposefully to maintain the good working environment. Here you will find challenging and varied work, as well as high competence and long experience among the staff.

Responsibilities

In the role of nurse assistant, you work with reception duties and are part of a team, but also have significant individual responsibility and work independently. The reception work consists, among other things, of wound dressings, suture removals, ECGs, blood pressure measurements, administration, etc. Work in our laboratory will also be part of the assignment.

Working with us is a varied job where the patient is in focus. You are welcome to join us where you contribute with your experience and knowledge. There are also good opportunities for further development in different areas. Baggängens Primary Health Care Centre is located in an area with socioeconomic challenges, and flexibility is necessary to meet the needs that exist.

Qualifications

Nursing education with a focus on Health and Social Care: Courses in Emergency Care 200 credits (formerly Health Care 200 credits) and Medicine 2 100 credits (formerly Basic Medical Course 100 credits and Nursing 150 credits). Alternatively, equivalent older education. Experience from working as a nurse assistant at a primary health care centre is required. Experience from a laboratory is meritorious.

The work requires that you have good initiative, are flexible, and can help where needed. Both regarding patients and colleagues, we value an open and positive attitude, naturally with the patient in focus. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. You easily create good encounters with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the organization's development and change work is seen as a natural part of your job.

Application

The application should include a personal letter where you describe why you are applying for the position and what you can contribute in terms of competence, when you can start, as well as a CV and grades from completed care courses and possibly proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding protected professional title. Other certificates, grades, diplomas, etc., should be provided at a possible interview. If you have a protected identity, we ask you to make oral contact first before submitting documents.

Interviews are conducted continuously, so do not wait to send in your application.

If you are or have previously been employed by Region Örebro County, we will take internal references from your current or former manager, if you become a candidate for employment.

A check of extracts from the police register may be carried out according to current legislation.

As an employee of Region Örebro County, you are covered by secure collective agreements. Read more about terms and benefits.
