You work on behalf of the Deputy Area Manager. The role includes, among other things:

• providing support to managers and employees, individually and in groups
• working with work-oriented rehabilitation
• conducting work ability assessments and investigations
• supervising managers and work groups
• providing crisis support and counseling
• working with stress management and conflict resolution
• conducting mapping of organizational and social work environment
• supporting work teams and organizations in development and change work
• planning and conducting training and lectures

We work consultatively with a combined broad competence within our area of work throughout Örebro County, primarily towards municipalities and Region Örebro County. You have a significant role regarding contacts with our clients.

Regionhälsan is the internal occupational health service for Region Örebro County. We are also the occupational health service for eight of the county's municipalities and are part of the association Sveriges Företagshälsor, collaborating with several universities in development and research projects. We are quality certified according to ISO 9001:2015, authorized by Sveriges Företagshälsor, and work as an Academic Occupational Health Service.

Regionhälsan consists of a wonderful group of 33 employees who get along very well and support each other in our assignments. We have a broad competence including doctors, occupational health nurses, occupational health engineers, work psychologists/behavioral scientists, ergonomists/physiotherapists, and administrative staff.
