We are expanding our operations and looking for a dedicated midwife to work at our two midwife clinics in Nora and Hällefors. Responsibilities

Standard duties within maternity healthcare according to the mandate from the Maternity Health Unit (MHV). You will also be involved in implementing "Backa Barnet," a long-term and important initiative for children's rights and early interventions. Through collaboration between healthcare, preschools, schools, family support services, and the police, we work together to provide children and families with the best possible conditions - from pregnancy through the entire upbringing.

The work is located at both the Nora and Hällefors midwife clinics. The distribution between the locations is based on operational needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

  • Are a licensed midwife.
  • Have experience working in maternity healthcare, which is considered an advantage.
  • Are confident in your professional role and have a genuine interest in people's health and life situations.
  • Have an easy time building trusting relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Enjoy both independent work and teamwork.
  • Are flexible, responsible, and see change and development work as a natural part of your assignment.

About the Operations

Nora Health Centre is the second largest health centre in the northern part of the county with approximately 11,000 registered patients. Here, we work in a positive and non-hierarchical environment where collaboration and patient focus permeate the operations. In addition, you are close to Nora's charming town center, nature, and culture. Hällefors Health Centre has approximately 6,000 registered patients and is characterized by close collaboration, short decision-making paths, and a strong team spirit. Here, we work across professional boundaries to create the best possible care for our patients.
