Previous experience in similar work or relevant education is an advantage, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as the position involves very close collaboration with the customer.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking personal assistants (substitutes) for our customer in Karlskoga.

You should be an active person who enjoys training, as the customer has a strong interest in training and undergoes a lot of rehabilitation. You will be with the customer in their daily life, which means accompanying them to school, training sessions, and social activities.

We prefer that you are between 25-37 years old to be the perfect match for our customer. You need to be strong in yourself as the job involves transfers and driving a wheelchair. You cannot have back problems as the customer has training in rehabilitation.

It is very important that you are flexible, quick-thinking, and attentive to how you can best assist the customer based on their needs. You will occasionally be part of a work team and should therefore also have good collaboration skills.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement. Other compensation is in accordance with collective agreements.

Start Date: Immediate
