Requirements:

• Due to the nature of the work, you must be a woman.
• You have no previous injuries, are strong, and have good basic fitness, as some of the tasks may be perceived as heavy.
• You are looking for long-term employment and plan to work at least 1-2 years with me.
• You are at least 160 cm tall.
• You are smoke- and snuff-free.
• You find it easy to learn new routines and are agile and meticulous in your work approach.
• You should be able to handle being present at times, but also be quick and active when needed.
• You can speak and understand Swedish fluently.
• You have the ability to take extra shifts at short notice.
• It is a plus if you have your own car since I live outside the center, in Adolfsberg.

About Me:

I am a 53-year-old woman in a power wheelchair living with my husband in a villa in Örebro and due to a muscle disease, I need help with most of my daily life, which includes everything from personal care to daily household chores. During the day, I work 75% and do most of it from home. I am very interested in interior design and decoration. In the summer, I also enjoy gardening and working with plants and flowers. I love sun and warmth, so I spend a lot of time in the garden. During the winter months, I am more of a homebody who enjoys watching movies and series. I also love to decorate for Christmas, which is a big interest that comes alive when the Advent season approaches.

As you can see, it’s all about physical tasks. I take all the initiatives, and you are my muscles, my right hand, and an important person who helps my life function as normally as possible.

About the Job:

I will be your supervisor, but your formal employment will be through STIL Assistans AB, which guarantees a secure employment with hourly wages according to the collective agreement with the employer organization Fremia and the trade union Kommunal.

The position is at least 80%. Working hours are distributed on day 7:00-14:45, evening 14:45-22:30, and every third weekend 9-21.

Vacation trips within and outside the country may occur. This will be arranged by writing a travel agreement that provides you with good conditions.

Salary:

The hourly wage is set based on your skills and work experience. Additional compensation and vacation pay will be included.
