The Social Administration works to ensure that all citizens can receive the support they may need in various situations. This is done within the framework of social services' mission and various legislations, as well as based on the values of the Social Administration. This can involve home care, special housing, advice and support for people with disabilities, financial assistance, or help with addiction problems. The municipality's competence supply unit is also part of the administration.

The Social Administration is divided into five areas: Home Care, Care and Nursing Homes, Health and Medical Care, Individual and Family Care, and the area for people with disabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position involves being a case officer for cases where outpatient care has been granted. As a case officer, you are responsible for initiating interventions together with the family and those who will carry them out. As a case officer, you are also responsible for following up on interventions and ensuring they have made a difference for the child/youth. You are also responsible for planning and following up on the contact family and contact person interventions.

Your responsibilities also include recruiting contact persons. The group consists of a total of three case officers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work
  • Category B Driving License

It is an advantage if you have experience in investigating children and youth.

Background Check

To work in close contact with clients and patients, you must submit a background check from the police's criminal record. You must request the extract from the National Police Board using the form "Extract from the Criminal Record" available on the police's website.

Probationary employment may occur.
