Nora Municipality is looking for a leisure leader!

You will work at our youth centers located in Nora and Gyttorp, which are open 5 evenings a week. The main task is to be a safe adult with a focus on relationships, where you will be involved in running a good and developing open youth center operation. As a leisure leader in Nora, working hours are scheduled both during the day and in the evening. The work mainly takes place on weekdays, but weekend work may occur. You will be part of a work team consisting of 5 people with your own unit manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You should be able to organize and conduct activities both during the day and in the evening and support young people in their social and personal development. The work also includes collaboration with other colleagues and other partners such as schools, social services, police, and civil society. The work is varied and takes place in different environments such as the youth center, events, holiday activities, and camp activities. Regardless of the activity, relationship building and the participation of young people are in focus.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should have a leisure leader education or other post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent. You should have experience working with young people.

• You have at least a B driver's license.
• We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
