Do you want to be part of creating vital change for vulnerable people? Then the job as a treatment pedagogue at SiS is a meaningful challenge. As a treatment pedagogue, you work in a team together with treatment assistants and treatment coordinators, and together you are responsible for ensuring that the young people and clients living with us receive the safety, care, and treatment they need. We often meet people in crisis, which means you work with qualified care and motivational work and provide support in everyday life. With the support of your knowledge in care and treatment work, you actively contribute to the fulfillment of treatment plans. Documentation is an important part of your work, contributing to legal security, planning, and follow-up of our operations. You contribute to maintaining safety according to our routines and help ensure that daily life runs smoothly with schooling, cleaning, cooking, etc. Being a contact person is also one of your tasks. The job may also include mentoring new employees and interns. This is a job for you who see a positive challenge in working with vulnerable people in a difficult life situation. The job is often demanding but also stimulating, joyful, and varied.

To succeed in your work, you have a solid positive view of humanity. You are motivated to help people in vulnerable life situations and share SiS's values of being a place for change. Furthermore, you have a good ability to create engagement and participation among our young people. As a person, you are self-assured and easily establish relationships with young people as well as with other staff members. You have good communication skills and can maintain your calm even in pressured situations. You work well with others and can handle conflicts constructively.
You should also have:
- A degree from a 2-year post-secondary education at a folk high school or vocational college (KY/YH) with a focus on social/pedagogical treatment work or an equivalent education from a university.
- A valid driver's license (B).
