Social Welfare Officer Wanted
We are looking for someone with a genuine commitment to people who wants to help develop our operations. As a social welfare officer with us, you will work closely with citizens and play an important role in creating good conditions for a safe and dignified life.
In the adult assistance team, we are a group of about 14 people consisting of social welfare officers, LSS officers, and adult officers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a social welfare officer, you will:
- Investigate, assess, and decide on interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL).
- Hold structured meetings and follow-ups with users, relatives, and providers.
- Document according to applicable legislation and guidelines.
- Actively contribute to development and quality work within the unit.
- Collaborate with other professionals, both internal and external.
- The work is independent and qualified, but you are never alone. Here you will receive collegial support, supervision, and managers who work to ensure you have a sustainable and developing work situation.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a degree in social work or another relevant higher education.
- Has the ability to make independent decisions and is confident in the authority role.
- Enjoys structuring, prioritizing, and creating clarity in your work.
- Is a good communicator, both in meetings with people and in writing.
- Has a professional approach and a warm view of people.
- Experience in authority exercise or work in elderly care/support for people with disabilities is advantageous, but personal qualities and a willingness to develop are also highly valued.
- Has a valid driver's license (B).
