Personal Assistant Needed for Happy 5-Year-Old in Örebro

A happy, curious, and imaginative 5-year-old is looking for their very own person – a safe adult who wants to become an important part of their daily life. We are looking for someone who can combine responsibility and care in medical situations with playfulness and creativity. In the assistance, it is equally important to handle essential routines as it is to build train tracks, laugh, and explore the world together.

Our client needs support in all parts of their daily life. You will, of course, receive training and continuous support regarding their needs, which include everything from hygiene and meals to play and communication. The client communicates using an eye-controlled computer, and we are looking for someone who is curious, attentive, and willing to get to know them deeply – so that you can understand their expressions and contribute to their development and joy of life.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

We believe you are a calm and secure person with a warm heart. You have the ability to create structure, harmony, and safety. Experience in care and support, for example as a nursing assistant or childcare worker, is an advantage – but the most important thing is who you are as a person. The job involves picking up from preschool, assisting with evening routines, meals, and medication.

The workplace is primarily in the family's home in Rynninge, central Örebro – where our client lives with their parents.

Desirable Experiences

• Swedish spoken and written.
• Experience in care and support.
• Experience working with children with disabilities.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Hourly employment - Extra as needed during the regular assistant's sick leave and vacation.
• Good opportunities for a smaller part-time position.
• Weekdays approximately 15:30-21:00.
• Every other weekend with longer shifts.

About Salary

We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement. We offer wellness and training.
