JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a Client Manager for Örebro!

As a Client Manager, you manage the company's relationships with case handlers and clients, and participate in the initiation of new client cases. As a Client Manager within personal assistance, you are responsible, in consultation with the operations manager, for the planning, execution, and follow-up of operations. You make financial decisions within given frameworks, have delegated responsibility for the work environment, and lead and distribute daily work.

The position includes personnel management, which involves coordinating employees and creating their work schedules. Duties include, among other things, leading staff meetings and establishing good relationships with your team. Administration is part of the duties, meaning the Client Manager handles staff time reporting to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), payroll reporting, and ensures that documentation is carried out. You are the immediate supervisor for the personal assistants in your unit.

A requirement for the position is a B-class driver's license.

ADVANTAGEOUS:

- Previous experience in a Client Manager role or equivalent.

- Experience in personnel management.

- Post-secondary education
