Personal assistance is a service under LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a 32-year-old man living in Lindesberg.
• has good knowledge of Swedish.

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work.
• have a B driver's license.
• share the client's interests (Football).

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

We are currently looking for personal assistants who want to work as hourly substitutes. The position involves work during the day, evening, or night.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
