As a personal assistant, you make a difference in the individual's daily life by providing service, support, care, and assistance of good quality and with a positive attitude.

The support offered is personalized and provided by a limited number of people based on the user's needs.

You have the ability to see and understand the user's needs and are skilled at planning and organizing according to the user's individual wishes. As a person, you are stable, patient, positive, flexible, attentive, structured, and take responsibility for your work. The equal value of all people is a given for you! You have good collaboration skills but are also comfortable planning and working independently.

To work in personal assistance, you must be at least 18 years old and have a strong interest in working with the target group. Education and experience in the field are advantageous. It is desirable if you have nursing assistant training or other qualifications or experience that the employer deems equivalent.

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, in a way that allows you to communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, as well as document according to the requirements of the organization.

Personal suitability is of great importance.

A driving license (B) is an advantage.

The position includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. We provide assistance throughout the municipality. The position is a temporary contract at 60%.
