Our team is looking for individuals to work as personal assistants to help a man at home with the presence of a supportive family. There is often a wide variety of activities in the family including walks, outings, and going to the movies.

There are no pets in the home due to allergies, but if you have your own pets, that is not a hindrance.

The workplace is conveniently located within walking distance to the central station in Örebro, making it easy to commute for those of you coming from the region.

We are looking for someone with flexibility in their working style. Since family life means that changes in daily routines create different needs for the person you are helping, it is beneficial to be able to think outside the box.

Responsibilities:

· Support the client in his daily activities and routines.

· Be attentive to his needs and adjust the work according to his daily condition.

· Contribute to a meaningful everyday life by being a present and caring support person.

Qualifications:

· Empathy, humility, and a genuine interest in helping others.

· Experience with low-arousal responses and the ability to think outside the box is an advantage.

The position involves close and personal collaboration with the man and his family, and you along with your colleagues will play an important role in his life.

Employment Rate: Full-time, day/evening/night + weekends

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start Date: As soon as possible according to agreement, lasting as long as the assistance assignment continues.
