As a personal assistant, you will help individuals in their daily lives based on their needs and wishes. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute within personal assistance, where each day presents new challenges.

Your Mission

As a personal assistant, you will assist users in their daily lives. This means you will act as the user's extended arm and help with, for example:

• Personal hygiene and dressing/undressing.
• Support in social interactions and other essential aspects for their daily functioning.

The job includes some documentation.

Our three core values: engagement, innovation, and equal value for all serve as guidelines in our daily work.

As a substitute, you will cover for regular staff during their absence or for shorter vacation substitutes, which means you will work with several different users.

Working hours vary and can be scheduled for days, evenings, sleeping shifts, awake nights, and weekends.

Smoking and pets may be present with some of our users.

Your Experience

To be considered for a position with us, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in personal assistance or working with individuals with disabilities.
• Access to a car, as some users live outside Eslöv.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including days, evenings, and nights.
• Experience with individuals exhibiting challenging behavior.
