With us, you will have a responsible and significant role where your calmness, attention, and ability to work independently contribute to a safe care and living environment.
About the Position
The position is an awake night role of approximately 89%. You will work with youth who have neuropsychiatric disabilities and/or social behavioral issues.
The work is largely independent, as the night shift involves a lot of solitary work. This requires you to be confident in your professional role, have good judgment, and be able to make well-founded decisions when necessary. Collaboration and reporting to day and evening staff is an important part of the assignment to ensure continuity and quality in care.

- Document according to applicable guidelines and report to day and evening staff.
- Contribute to a calm, safe, and predictable night climate in the living environment.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education as a treatment educator, social educator, support educator, behavioral scientist, social worker, or equivalent education.
- Experience working with the target group.
- Ability to work independently, as the night shift involves a lot of solitary work and requires personal responsibility and good judgment.
- Good ability to remain calm and act professionally in situations of anxiety, stress, or changing needs.
- Driving license and driving experience.
Meritorious
- Experience working nights in HVB or similar settings.
- Experience with NPF and low-arousal responses.
- Experience working with youth with extensive support needs.
We are looking for someone who
- Is confident, stable, and attentive in their professional role.
- Enjoys working nights and taking significant personal responsibility.
- Has the ability to create calm and safety through a professional approach.
- Is structured, reliable, and has good collaboration skills.
- Wants to contribute to a safe, sustainable, and professional care and living environment.
