About the position

We are currently seeking personal assistants for a young woman in Solna. The client has autism, so we prefer candidates with experience in this area. We are looking for an assistant who has experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behavior. Responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, dishwashing, personal care, and accompanying the client on activities. It is essential to have a lot of patience and to work in a low-arousal manner as the client can exhibit challenging behavior. The client also needs support in planning her day and life. We believe the person we are looking for sees this as a long-term job, not a temporary one.

Who are you?

You are an honest and reliable person who genuinely enjoys working and has the ability to create a harmonious atmosphere around you. You should have great empathy, patience, and the ability to understand another person's situation while being very attentive. We are looking for someone with experience as a personal assistant or other relevant experience. As a person, you have good social skills, consider the client's overall needs, are meticulous and responsible, and have a positive attitude. Working hours and employment rate:

Employment rate 20% up to 100% by agreement. Working hours sometimes 17:00 - 20:00, often 9:00 - 15:00, and 15:00 - 24:00. There are also shifts from 14:00 to 24:00 every day of the week. We are also very flexible with the working hours we can offer you as an applicant.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage by agreement, other compensations according to the collective agreement.

Start date: By agreement, preferably relatively soon.
