We are looking for habilitation staff for Björkbacka. Björkbacka is an LSS group home consisting of two houses located in Vittjärv just outside of Boden.

The work is mainly scheduled at night but includes resource time that may involve some day and evening shifts. The resource time and schedule may change before a new schedule period.

JOB DESCRIPTION

During the night, you will work alone and be responsible for two houses.

Examples of tasks include supporting users in their daily lives, leisure activities, as well as care and support tasks. The position includes driving users to various activities.

At night, the focus is on safety, care, supervision, cleaning, and laundry.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education in care and nursing, children and leisure, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.

The position is permanent, with scheduled working hours (night, day, evening, and weekends).

As a person, we want you to be flexible, attentive to others' needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a good attitude. You should also be able to collaborate easily with supervisors, colleagues, and other professional categories, and you can work just as well independently as in a group. During your shift, you have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that users receive safe and secure care and support.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. Computer skills and experience with documentation are advantageous as they are part of the job tasks. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
