JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a nursing assistant/caregiver involves assisting the user according to their individual needs in personal care, meal situations, transfers, activities, etc. The work includes documenting the users' conditions and the actions you perform. We will place great emphasis on case management.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who enjoys and has the ability to work with people with physical, mental, and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. You should have a high school diploma in nursing or another equivalent education in healthcare or child and leisure education with a focus on developmental disabilities, social work, or other experience deemed suitable by the employer. Experience with the target group is an advantage.

We see that you have a positive and professional attitude where you show good judgment and understand that you yourself influence the situation when you express yourself and act. We see that you are good at collaborating and that you have a good ability to work with different kinds of people. Personal suitability is highly valued.

A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

We would like you to have knowledge of minority languages, such as Sami, Meänkieli, or Finnish.
