The Social Administration is looking for a personal assistant for a wheelchair-bound user

The position is approximately 82%, and in Bodens kommun, we have the right to full-time, so part of the working hours can be performed at other times and places within the Social Administration. A probationary period may apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The user needs support and help with most things to manage their daily life. The work includes assisting him in his needs for support and help in daily life. The tasks consist of supporting the user with personal care, transfers, household chores, leisure activities where film is a major interest, among others. The user is adequate but has mobility impairments. Scheduled working hours - day, evening, and weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with well-developed empathy, a good understanding and respect for the difficulties and opportunities of the disabled, as well as respect for the individual's integrity and self-determination. We seek someone who can adapt their way of being based on whom they meet and who is calm and secure.

It is an advantage if you have studied the Nursing Program or have training as a personal assistant and/or experience in the profession.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
