The Social Administration is now looking for two personal assistants to work with a wheelchair-bound woman in her 60s. The position is permanent. The position is approximately 50% in Boden Municipality, with the possibility to work full-time. This means that you will complete the remaining working hours at a different time or place than your regular one. The schedule with the user consists of scheduled time during 12 hours during the day. During these 12 hours, you have 5 hours of working time divided into five shorter shifts throughout the day.

The workplace is located in central Boden.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The user needs support and assistance to manage her daily life. The work includes assisting her with her needs for support and help during everyday life and leisure, such as personal care, transfers, training, leisure activities, and more. The user is fully competent but has mobility impairments. The working hours are scheduled - day, evening, and weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a person who has well-developed empathy, a good understanding and respect for the difficulties and possibilities of persons with disabilities, as well as respect for individual integrity and self-determination. It is advantageous if you have studied the Nursing Program, Child and Leisure, or have training as a personal assistant and/or experience from the profession.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
