ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant in a permanent 86% position with our client in Älvsbyn. You will work weekdays and every other weekend.

The working hours are as follows:

  • 07:30 AM - 05:00 PM (unpaid break from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

  • 07:30 AM - 09:00 PM (unpaid break from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM and from 05:00 PM - 06:00 PM)

During the breaks, the assistant usually goes home.

Start date is March 11, and we hope you can begin the introduction before then.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 45s with a great interest in flowers, cooking, and baking. Due to her MS, her energy levels vary from day to day, and she needs a reliable and flexible assistant who can support her in daily life and adapt to her daily condition.

The tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores

  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

  • Transfers

The client uses an electric wheelchair, a regular wheelchair, and a lift.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and has a good ability to notice and understand individual needs. You are attentive, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a genuine commitment to your work. The ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances is important in this role.

We would appreciate it if you share some of the client's interests, as we place great importance on personal suitability and good chemistry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

  • Driver's license (manual) as you will need to drive the client's car

  • Access to a car

  • Non-smoker

  • Must be able to tolerate cats

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant

Employment Rate: Permanent position 86%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
