ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for a personal assistant for our client in central Luleå. The position is a part-time employment as needed, with shifts that may occur both on weekdays and weekends, primarily in the form of overnight shifts.

Working hours:

  • 08:00 AM - 07:00 PM (double assistance)

  • 10:00 PM - 08:00 AM (overnight shift)

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 40s who enjoys walks, going to the cinema, and theater. She has cerebral palsy and epilepsy and needs support from a personal assistant in her daily life. Two days a week, she participates in daily activities, which you as an assistant will accompany her to.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support in daily routines and household chores

  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

  • Assistance with transfers

  • Handling aids such as electric wheelchair, lifts, and tube feeding

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to handle heavy lifting

  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in care and/or personal assistance

Employment rate: Part-time employment as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you need to provide an extract from the criminal record. It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the police's processing time may vary. Due to a legal change from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspect register.
